Meet the Executive Committee
President
Hannah Kilchenstein
Hannah is a proud OASD mom of two and has been part of the PTO for the past three years—volunteering at events, helping in classrooms, serving as a homeroom mom, and previously serving as Treasurer. She is a former teacher and currently a full-time homemaker with a passion for supporting students, families, and schools. As President Pro Tem, Hannah is committed to fostering a PTO built on transparency, clear communication, and community involvement—ensuring that families feel informed and connected.
When she’s not busy with PTO life, Hannah loves being a kart mom for her son, and a dance mom for her daughter. She enjoys anything music-related—singing on her church’s band, karaoke nights with friends, dancing, and songwriting. She’s also a big fan of all things musical theater. Hannah enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors, and loves people and spending time with friends, whether that’s going for walks, grabbing coffee, playing games, or trying new restaurants. She enjoys ball games and cheering on her husband at his softball games (go OTE!). You can usually find her with her family or keeping up with their 115 lb Shiloh Shepherd, Klaus.
Hannah is always excited to welcome new faces and ideas—because the more people involved, the better it is for our kids!
Vice President
Vanessa Magenheimer
As Vice President Pro Tem, Vanessa is passionate about supporting our school community and helping create meaningful experiences for our students and families. She's a proud parent of three great kids.
When she's not lending a hand with PTO events, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She believes strong connections—both at home and within our schools—help build a positive, thriving environment for everyone.
She is excited to serve in this role and looks forward to working together for the rest of this school year!
Treasurer
Colleen Boroughs
Colleen is a mom of two amazing daughters, one beagle, and two cats. Most days you can find her working at SILO, Beiler-Campbell Realtors, or running her new venture-- Level Up Arcade and Lounge in Oxford.
Colleen volunteered for five years on the Oxford Area PTO in the past, serving as the Vice President and the Treasurer. She also helped start and co-chair the "Art Goes to School" Program in Oxford for four years.
Colleen likes to spend her free time gardening, hiking with her kids at Glen Roy Preserve, skiing, lounging on the beach, hosting bonfires, or hanging out with her friends.
She is so excited to be helping the PTO in this new chapter of change.
Secretary
Jo Anne Norris
Jo Anne serves as the Secretary Pro Tem and has been an active volunteer with the Oxford Area PTO for the past two years. A retired school counselor, she brings a strong background in supporting students and families and is passionate about giving back to the school community.
Jo Anne enjoys staying active with daily walks and exercise and likes to keep busy. In addition to her work with the PTO, she volunteers with OEF and 3MC with the Mad Madams of Oxford, where she serves as Secretary of their board.
She is dedicated to helping create a positive and supportive environment for students, staff, and families and looks forward to continuing her work with the PTO.
