Dedicated parents and community members working together to support our students and schools.
Executive Committee
President
Hannah Kilchenstein
Hannah is honored to serve as President of the Oxford Area School District PTO. A proud OASD mom of two, she is entering her fourth year of PTO service. During that time, she has volunteered at school events, served as classroom mom, helped in classrooms & schools, and previously served as PTO Treasurer.
Hannah is a former teacher and former Program Director with Caliday School Age Programs, the nonprofit school-based partner of Celebree Schools. She is currently a full-time homemaker with a passion for supporting students, families, and schools. As PTO President, she is committed to building a welcoming organization rooted in transparency, clear communication, collaboration, and meaningful community involvement so that every family feels informed, valued, and connected.
Outside of PTO, Hannah enjoys being a kart mom for her son and a dance mom for her daughter. She loves music and serves on her church’s worship team, enjoys songwriting, karaoke, and musical theater, and loves spending time with her family—whether she’s cheering on her husband at his softball games or at the kart track, gardening, or relaxing at home with their 115-pound Shiloh Shepherd, Klaus.
Hannah is always excited to welcome new faces and ideas—because the more people involved, the better it is for our kids!
Vice President
Vanessa Magenheimer
Vanessa is excited to serve as Vice President this year! As Vice President, she is passionate about supporting our school community and helping create meaningful experiences for our students and families. She's a proud parent of three great kids.
When she's not lending a hand with PTO events, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She believes strong connections—both at home and within our schools—help build a positive, thriving environment for everyone.
She is excited to serve in this role and looks forward to working together this upcoming school year!
Treasurer
Kelsey Mahala
Kelsey serves as Treasurer for the Oxford Area School District PTO. As a parent of four children, she is excited to support the PTO by helping keep its finances organized, transparent, and easy to understand.
With a background in accounting and a passion for systems and organization, Kelsey enjoys creating processes that help things run more smoothly behind the scenes. She believes that clear financial records and good organization allow the PTO to spend more time focusing on students, families, and the events that bring the school community together.
Outside of volunteering, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and is currently working toward her MBA.
